MIRAMAR, Fla. — June 10, 2026 — The Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce will host its 30th Annual Pinnacle Awards Dinner and Board Installation on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at Club 19 at Pembroke Lakes Golf Club. Cocktail networking begins at 6:00 PM, with the awards ceremony and board installation running from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

The Pinnacle Awards Dinner is the Chamber's premier annual event as a celebration of the businesses, leaders, and community members who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to the economic and civic life of the Miramar and Pembroke Pines communities. The evening also marks the official installation of the incoming 2026-2027 Board of Directors.

​Fort Lauderdale, FL – Children’s Harbor has been named as a nominee for the Innovation Award at the 15th Annual Community Care Plan Non-Profit Awards, hosted by 211 Broward and presented by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
 
The awards luncheon will take place on Friday, March 6, at 11 a.m. at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. This year’s event is especially meaningful as 211 Broward celebrates 30 years of service, making three decades of impact, innovation, and dedication to the Broward County community.
 
Children’s Harbor’s nomination recognizes the organization’s commitment to forward-thinking solutions through its learning center and expanded mental health initiatives for teens in foster care. Over the past several years, Children’s Harbor has made intentional investments in reimagining how services are delivered to teens and young adults in its care by meeting them where they are academically and emotionally, while building programs designed to create meaningful and measurable outcomes.

​Hollywood, FLA. ― Jan. 23, 2026 – Craig Zinn, president and CEO of Craig Zinn Automotive Group (CZAG), was honored at the inaugural Craig Zinn Golf Tournament to benefit Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital on Jan. 12, 2026, at The Club at Weston Hills. The event raised $175,000 to support men's health initiatives, with a focus on prostate cancer awareness, research, education and clinical care. Presented by The Heavyweight Factory, the tournament recognized Zinn for his longstanding community leadership and philanthropic commitment to Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital.

​BOCA RATON, FL (September 25, 2024) – The Florida Association of Chamber Professionals (FACP) recognized Florida’s top chambers of commerce throughout the state for their outstanding achievement and dedication to the industry. The awards were presented at the organization’s Annual Conference, held September 24 & 25, at the Marriott Boca at the Boca Center.
 
Among the recognition given were the Certified Plus Designations. In, 2003, FACP implemented the distinction of Florida Certified Chamber to recognize standards of professional excellence in Florida. In 2012, the association enhanced its certification program to include a Certified Plus designation, for chambers of commerce that score an 86 or above during the judging process or are an Accredited Chamber through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Both the Certified and Certified Plus designations recognize chambers that have met high standards and strengthened free enterprise by protecting the business environment. 
 
This year, the Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce and the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce were again awarded the Certified Plus Chamber status. The Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber is also a 4-Star Accredited Chamber of Commerce through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

​OCALA, FL - December 7, 2022 - The Florida Association of Chamber Professionals (FACP) recognized Florida’s top chambers of commerce throughout the state for their outstanding achievement and dedication to the industry. The awards were presented at the organization’s Annual Conference, held December 6-8, 2022, at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Ocala.
 
Annually, FACP recognizes up to three chambers of commerce within Florida that have excelled in a variety of areas, including:  financial stability, membership recruitment and retention; governmental relations; strategic planning; technology; communications; special events; innovation and accomplishments over the past three years. The application process is very detailed and requires a true commitment from those who choose to apply.
 
This year, FACP recognized the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce in the annual budget category of less than $500,000.
