Over the years, the Chamber's Women in Business committee/program has aimed to provide added value to our businesswomen, professionals, and entrepreneurs. That purpose is supported by periodic special events and professional development opportunities focused on leadership and personal growth. Events include a spring Women's Wellness event, a fall Business Summit, networking socials, and other learning events throughout the year.

They effortlessly switch their hats multiple times a day, often on a moment's notice. And constantly giving their all to each role.
But at what cost? How do they survive - much less thrive - when each role asks so much of them. How do they fill their cup? How do they stay on top of it all without losing themselves? How do they make sure that they are not paying the costs with their health and wellbeing?
