Permitting Information
The cities of Miramar and Pembroke Pines both participate in the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance Platinum Permitting Program, which was created to promote a permit-friendly process that will encourage growth and expansion in Broward County. As a Platinum Permitting partner, these cities are committed to operating a streamlined permitting ordinance/resolution, providing a transparent online tracking system, and designating a staff representative as a single point of contact.
