Registration Process:
1. Download the VENDOR PACKET to fill and sign it. CLICK HERE FOR PACKET
2. Use the form below to submit your signed packet and food permit.
3. Request the 2 Certificates of Insurance from your insurance company or agent and submit them via email.

Orientation *

I understand that there is a mandatory orientation on Monday, March 10 and that I must attend or send a representative to attend on our behalf.

Setup & Breakdown *

I understand that I must be setup for the 6PM start time and remain until event ends at 10PM, and that I must return our area to the original condition at the end of the event.

Insurance & Permitting *

I understand that I must have a valid food permit (if applicable) and liability insurance to participate and will be required to submit copies of both items before the event.

Compliance *

I understand that it is my responsibility to read and understand all of the requirements outlined in the vendor packet prior to the event date.

Please submit a copy of your current food permit, your completed vendor packet, and your logo below. Also note:

If your permit expires before the event, you will be required to submit the renewed permit by the March 10th orientation date.
If you do not have these files ready, you can email them at any point after submission to [email protected] or they can be collected in person.
Please remember to submit your two Certificates of Insurance at least 2 weeks before the event via email to [email protected].
