On December 10, 2024, Roslyn Rice graduated from the prestigious Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business program. The Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women initiative represents a $10 billion investment and $100 million in philanthropic capital aimed at empowering one million Black women by 2030. Focused on critical moments throughout Black women’s lives, the program has already deployed nearly $3 billion in investment capital and $39.4 million in philanthropic funding, positively impacting the lives of over 300,000 Black women.
