Lume Bistro & Lounge Celebrates Grand Opening in Pembroke Pines

​MIRAMAR, FL  — November 6, 2025 — The Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce proudly announces the grand opening of Lume Bistro & Lounge, a new addition to the Pembroke Pines business community. Residents, local leaders, and business professionals are invited to attend the official ribbon cutting ceremony and celebrate this exciting milestone.

A place built for creativity, connection, and community to truly shine,” said Krystal Powell, Executive Chef and Co-Founder, alongside Sean Powell and Kellin McDonald of Lume Bistro & Lounge. We’re excited to welcome our community and visitors to share memorable nights at Lume.”
 
Chef Krystal is a two-time In Perfect Taste winner of the Chamber’s A Sip of Wine, A Taste of Heaven food and wine festival competition (2023 and 2024).  

​The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held on Friday, November 14th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 12389 Pembroke Road, Pembroke Pines. The ribbon will be cut promptly at 11:30 AM. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the business owners, tour the facility, and enjoy light refreshments while networking with fellow community members.
