Kaluz Restaurant Pembroke Pines Opening Raises Funds for South Broward Foundation

​PEMBROKE PINES, Fla., February 16, 2026— Kaluz Restaurant raised funds for the South Broward Foundation by donating a portion of sales from the opening VIP Night at its new Pembroke Pines location. The contribution totaled $7,500 and will support education and leadership initiatives in the Pembroke Pines and Miramar communities.

A local nonprofit affiliated with its Chamber of Commerce, the South Broward Foundation aligns closely with Kaluz’s commitment to giving back to the community it serves. The foundation supports education through scholarship programs, leadership development initiatives, and improvements to local schools through renovations and ongoing facility maintenance.

“From the start, we wanted our opening in Pembroke Pines to support the community that welcomed us,” said David Baldwin, owner of Kaluz Restaurant. “The South Broward Foundation is doing important work locally, particularly for students and schools, and this was a way for us to support those important efforts.”

Kaluz Pembroke Pines opened on November 18, 2025. In addition to contributing to the area’s dining and business community, the restaurant has also created local jobs since opening, with nearly 100 employees.
