Eminat Medical Center Celebrates Grand Opening of 2nd Miramar Location

Ribbon Cutting Celebration Scheduled for Tuesday, August 4th

MIRAMAR, FL  —  July 28, 2026 — The Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the grand opening of the second Miramar location of Eminat Medical Center (EMC), a compassionate, whole-person healthcare practice serving South Florida’s diverse community. Residents, local leaders, and business professionals are invited to attend the official ribbon cutting ceremony and celebrate this exciting milestone.

“Eminat Medical Center is excited to celebrate our grand opening here in Miramar” said Daniel Valderrama , Director of Operations. “From our home on Palm Avenue, we provide family medicine, preventive care, and immigration medical exams to our neighbors — in English and Spanish, for patients with and without insurance. We're proud to grow alongside this community.”

The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, August 4th from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at 2501 Palm Avenue, Suite 112, in Miramar. The ribbon will be cut promptly at 5:00 PM. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the EMC team, tour the facility, and enjoy light refreshments while networking with fellow community members.

Eminat Medical Center was founded in 2025 in Miramar, Florida, by Sandra “Vivi” Negrete, MBA, with a singular mission: to put the person back at the center of healthcare. What began as a compassionate primary-care practice has grown into a full wellness center offering a comprehensive range of services including primary care, geriatric medicine, neurology, dermatology, women’s health, medically supervised weight loss, and USCIS-certified immigration medical exams. EMC also offers its Corazón Salud membership program, designed to ensure that no family goes without quality care for lack of insurance.

EMC’s clinical team is led by Chief Medical Officer Carlos H. Romero, D.O., a specialist in Internal Medicine with over 25 years of experience and a U.S. Armed Forces veteran. The center is affiliated with Eminat Medical Research Group, ensuring patients benefit from the latest evidence-based medical advances.
