    Salary:             $14.25 /hour
    Hours:             M & W 8:30am - 11am,
    Additional AM's 9am-1pm only as needed.
     
    Job Summary

    We are searching for a reliable Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and sales support activities. The responsibilities of this Part Time Administrative Assistant will be to provide in office/telephone support and customer relationship activities for the Full-Time Customer Success Coordinator in their absence.
    Responsibilities and Duties
    ·         Ensure post order customer success: Follow up on customers to obtain pending order signatures, payment confirmations, send pending reports, coordinate third party vendor reports and monitor post inspection customer satisfaction, operate ordering system closing pending orders, and obtaining missing information such as realtor contact information.
    ·         Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and support call center on tier 2 calls, including support for order scheduling, follow up and closing.
    ·         Support on marketing campaigns , such as printing and shipping customized mailing, re-ordering material, and others. Support to organize and coordinate events, including logistics, promotion, and delivery.
    ·         Meeting Scheduling : Supporting on CRM management, including follow-up on brokers to schedule presentations, booking meetings, organize tasks and keep business up to date
    ·         Handle administrative requests and queries from business owners.
