This "Yoga 101" Workshop helps introduce new students to the basics of a modern yoga practice. Students will learn foundational yoga poses, and principles of alignment needed for a safe practice in a supportive, interactive environment. Detailed instructions (including modifications), demonstrations, and hands-on adjustments will be provided. An excellent beginner for anyone new to yoga, or existing yogis who want a refresher.
