Women As Negotiators
Women have lost momentum in the last decade with decreasing the gender pay gap. It’s time to walk through the door that every woman from Millicent Fawcett to Bessie Coleman…from Sheryl Sandberg to Indra Nooyi…have worked, and worked HARD to open wide. Studies indicate that women are still only paid an average of 80 cents for every one dollar a man is paid. Then again, how are the statistics being calculated? Negotiation Trainer and Adviser, Lara L. Chuck, reveals the truth behind the studies on women as negotiators, barriers that women must be willing to overcome, and practices for permanent change. This one-hour session specifically focuses on women entrepreneurs integrating this knowledge to improve their organization’s financial standing.
