In this relaxing Workshop we will discuss what stress is, with tips and tools on how to reduce it. We will create awareness around areas of life that bring us the most stress, and explore how to minimize those areas. You will use this awareness and apply it to a group hypnosis session, led by Keila Oses, to reduce stress and live a happier and healthier life.
