Layla is a savvy sales leader and innovative thinker who has proven her creative and entrepreneurial aptitude on numerous occasions at very high levels. With her extensive network of business and media contacts, she co-founded Inlay Marketing Strategy and Sales consultation practice. Among her most recent accomplishments is the successful launch Azteca America, a full power Spanish language TV network, where she served as General Manager for the Miami and Tampa markets.
Layla is a renowned multimedia sales and integrated marketing solutions expert with experience working with leading and progressive media brands such as Yahoo!, MTV, Azteca America and The Miami Herald Media Company. Her deep experience in the Latin America and US Hispanic market has earned her many honors including the South Florida Hispanic Chamber Sunshine Awards Partner 2017 and 2016, The Miami Herald Hero 2008 and 2007 and a Knight Ridder Emerging Leader award. During her career, she has worked with global and leading brands such as Coca Cola, HP, AT&T, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, HBO, Comcast, Disney, Macy’s, Clorox, Colgate and the Latin Grammys. She is a graduate of Florida Southern College with a Degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
